Execute, manage and supervise maintenance and repair works directly or through technicians.Responsible for the control of maintenance and repair for all SCCT plant and equipment’s.Ensure remaining duties from the previous shift engineers.Lead and guide a team of 18 technicians for maintenance and repair jobs.Promote a culture to ensure full compliance with all applicable safety standards.(The terminal equipment’s were : 12 Noell and ZPMC super-post-panamax ship toshore quay cranes, 37 Noell and ZPMC Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) cranes with VOLVO PANTA, Cummins and Perkins diesel engines, BROMMA spreaders, 78 MOL Tractors with Duetz engine, TCM forklifts with ISUZU engines, 4 SMV reach-stackers, 2 SMV empty handler).Established and lead the overhauling team for SMV and Duetz diesel engines, gear boxes, hydraulics and differentials in the terminal.Maintenance and repair all running equipment of Terminal tractors, trailers, reach stackers, Empty handlers and forklifts in planned or corrective maintenance.•Hard worker in solving a trouble shooting in terminal equipment’s.•Daily report of equipment breakdown. •Commissioning any new equipment.

Provide discipline preservation expertise during the overhauling and pre-commissioning work undertaken by the various Execution Contractors. To provide the Preservation Team with a technical assessment of the requirements for the mechanical equipment and systems to ensure subsequent pre-commissioning and commissioning performance. To supervise and instruct the contractor personnel performing the preservation activities Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Responsible for:• Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed;• Ensuring all process related works for the facilities are in accordance with project specifications , ASTM and Vendor instructions making sure they are maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity;• Monitoring and periodically auditing other contractors at site to ensure that they adhere to all project preservation specifications & procedures, vendor instructions and good working practice as appropriate;• Maintaining equipment history till mechanical completion:• Participating in technical reviews for preservation works;• Providing preservation team with technology requirements for engineering applications;• Providing technical support to the project on preservation procedures and troubleshooting;• Contributing to the preservation procedures preparation taking into account equipment’s supplier/manufacture information and recommendations;• Reviewing commissioning deliverables issued by Contractors and Suppliers; • Supervising assigned personnel from the American , Egyptian , vendors working teams.• Materials orders, purchasing, control and issuing.
