I managed this project starting from RCA (Root Cause Analysis) until the start-up of the machine. This project helped to reduce hose costs and decreased the material lose. ✓ Boost the transformer line's production by nearly twofold:- ▪ Installation and start-up of New Cart to support the transformer production line in minimizing downtime, optimizing process efficiency, and aiding in transportation labor. This led to the production boost aimed from this project.
