    My work with securities market conduct was related to tasks related to financial market abuse. My primary tasks involved supervision of the laws on unlawful insider dealing, market manipulation and due care in handling inside information. Also, I overseed compliance with the rules on the preparation of insider lists, the notification requirements for primary insiders and rules requiring disclosure of large shareholdings. Further, I worked with enforcement of the Short Sale Regulation in Norway, being responsible for the Norwegian Short Sale Register. In addition, I assisted the Section for Prospectuses and Financial Reporting with control of bond prospectuses that were listed on the Norwegian regulated market, Oslo Børs.

    During the summer period, I worked as a Summer Intern in DNB Asset Management in the position as Product Manager for International Sales and Product Development. The team is responsible for fund sales to international wholesale and institutional clients in markets outside the Nordic region.During my internship I was responsible for maintaining fund narratives, fund fact sheets and coordination of monthly fund reports. I have also taken part in several new exiting projects and have worked closely with DNB Asset Management’s department in Luxembourg.
