Project coordinated launch & delivery of an online platform to host digital learning opportunities during COVID-19 including coordinating a live webinar strand to support industry recovery. Programmed, coordinated and delivered a series of mental health and wellbeing webinars led by expert facilitators. In total between March 2020 and June 2021 delivered 33 webinars and 18 online training courses, reaching over 3000 people live, with recordings receiving over 3000 views. Coordinated and delivered an annual programme of courses, events, conferences and webinars reaching over 1000 people a year from CEOs to Assistants across the UK. Pre-pandemic this included annually 6 professional conferences, 50 training courses, 2 residentials, and multiple ad-hoc events and webinars.Event promotion and marketing, including copy writing and segmenting e-newsletters, updating & maintenance of training and event wepages, copy editing & proofing, content creation for social media. Coordinated the production of printed and digital prospectus (three editions a year), monthly events newsletter, and other collateral e.g. banners. Used Adobe Creative Suite to produce assets and materials. Managed relationships with external and internal designers & printers.Supported the curation of professional conferences, new courses and new formats.Contracted, negotiated and liaised with tutors, course directors, speakers, venues etc. Oversaw the administration of events, monitor budgets – income and expenditure.Maintained and developed partnership relationships and sponsorship opportunities.Developed and coordinated the UK Theatre Mentoring programme.Acted as a ‘superuser’ on the CRM and CMS systems, training and supporting staff.Developed and delivered digital offer including webinars, live streaming and recordings.Supported the delivery of other events e.g. Olivier Awards and UK Theatre Awards.*I was a member of the Arts Marketing Association and a 2020 Digital Lab Fellow.
