    Initially employed as a consultant (6 months) to deliver a redesign and relaunch of six monthly magazines and websites. This requiring a rapid integration into the team, understanding the ethos and company culture, enforce design standards and ensuring brand ideals and governance are upheld. Working daily with senior management teams across departments to produce effective design solutions to all briefs. Training and mentoring the existing creative team and implementing new workflows to create a lean design environment meeting the creative demands of the Group.Design and launched six titles, applied these new designs to US based magazines and websites aquired by the Group in Sept 2019.Took a full-time position in Nov 2019, restructured and grew the design team globally, training and building performance and appraisal reporting lines.During Covid, moved the publications online (FlipSnack) and redesign various emails (Sailthru) to enhance the inbox experience.Managing the design and production of up to 1,000 print pages a month. Plus, photoshoots, illustrations, repurposed digital content, social media assets and commerical reprints all undertaken by a design team of seven.Currently developing an enhanced Podcast brand, plus a video resource.
