As the Logistics Coordinator for global pram and infant accessories company Bugaboo, I worked with a team across Australia and New Zealand as well as the head office team in Amsterdam to manage the supply chain of Bugaboo products from factory in China for both wholesale (B2B) and direct to customer (B2C) orders.Key responsibilities included:• B2B & B2C order management process from submission to delivery for Australian & New Zealand orders• Working with 3PL warehouse provider (DSV) to ensure the smooth fulfilment of orders to over 120 retail doors across Australia & New Zealand and B2C customers across Australia• Key point of contact for retailers, account managers, the customer service team and 3PL providers to resolve issues that arose within the supply chain• Exception handling for delivery issues • Providing support to National Sales Manager & Marketing Manager and sales team • Working closely with sales team and retailers to manage supply chain disruption due to Covid-19 • Inventory management of rapidly growing Bugaboo website including peak sales periods• Working with freight management partner (EFM Logistics) to optimise delivery outcomes with different carriers, at a cost effective price• Management of authorised and unauthorised returns to 3PL warehouse and any associated credits• Working with Bugaboo Credit Control team for B2B customer credit issues
