In addition, I formulate, manage, and execute the agency's $100 million dollar Information Technology, Human Resources, Management Services, and Working Capital Fund budgets.Successes include reducing the agency's real property footprint by over 20,000 square feet, resulting in annual savings in excess of $1.2 million dollars, leading the intra-departmental team responsible for delivering an enterprise Emergency Notification System, and creating and managing a nationwide print management program, which eliminated 50+ standalone contracts.

    I was responsible for directing the operations of a $300 million dollar transit benefit program, which included managing more than 80 employees, spanning five business units.Successes included creating an automated file transfer process that eliminated manual entry of over 500,000 records per year, developing and coordinating distribution of the first nationwide transit benefit voucher, negotiating vendor fee reductions of $1.3 million dollars per year, and designing and building a system that reduced mail order processing time by 50%, and improved data accuracy to 100%.
