    Mike Morgan leads Booz Allen’s NAVAIR Line of Business. As the leader of this 600+ person segment of the business, Mr. Morgan directs the strategy and delivery of the firm’s technology, engineering, analytics, and acquisition solutions to NAVAIR Headquarters, the Warfare Centers, and the PEOs/PMAs. Booz Allen’s contributions to NAVAIR span a wide range of efforts focused on Mission Systems Integration of payloads, sensors, and communication systems onto NAVAIR platforms, with an emphasis on building secure, open, modular solutions that are in the best interests of our customers, and without limitations around proprietary data. He has over 25 years of experience in delivering a wide range of systems development and cyber engineering services, spanning business infrastructure, logistics IT systems, and tactical weapons platforms. Prior to this role, Mike led a team of cyber security and technology professionals focused on the Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) project portfolio at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Additionally, Mike has served as a Program Manager supporting NAWCAD WOLF with a focus on delivering cyber solutions to the Navy and Marine Corps’ fleet of tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), developing communications systems for major acquisitions programs, and delivering network and security operations services to other federal departments.
