Responsible for reporting of performance against budget and also for building following years operational budget.Total output of factory managed around 15000 tpa and total budget controlled around $20MM per annum.During this time implemented a re-structure at operational level to ensure improved performance and better utilisation of resources.Successfully improved key metrics including OEE, cost per tons and logistics cost per ton.
