Gained buy in from all stake holders (all of which were of Partner level), negotiated a budget to cover the design and production of new company brochures, sourced, met and negotiated with various suppliers, agreed and contracted with a sole supplier to supply all materials for the marketing tools, designed and wrote the company brochures, delivered the project on time and to budget. Designed all future advertising campaigns in line with the new brand. Reported to all stakeholders at each stage of the project.Corporate Sponsorship ProjectInitiated a new project to sponsor Aldershot Football Club. Developed and built relationships with all stakeholders. Presented to all key stakeholders, gained buy in, set a budget and negotiated with all parties to set up a full corporate hospitality/sponsorship package. Delivered the project on time and to budget. Managed the sponsorship going forward and continuously presented to commercial partners of the Club to increase business revenue for the Firm.
