    I work on the Orbitz Worldwide (now Expedia) account and run interference with the airlines for the client. This account consists of several different brands and involves having considerable knowledge of the following GDSs: Go Res, Apollo, Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Farelogix.My team handles several reports on a daily basis looking for failed bookings and website errors. We also generate customer lists from all the travel brands when an airline has gone out of business or discontinued a route or similar occurrences. With those lists, we contact the passengers and assist them with rebooking or refunds.When the team's responsibilities are complete, we assist the Refunds Team and the Debit Memos Team.I'm trained in IAR and ARC Reconciliation, which includes adjusting exchanges, refunds, and cash sales.I'm also adept in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Avaya.

    -While working at the Travel & Cruise Center I handled both business and leisure clients. Approximately 60% of my clients were corporate (including groups) and 40% were leisure people (including groups.) I created a strong working relationship with all of my customers based on trust, loyalty and knowledge; especially the corporate clients since I worked with them the most. I was also an exclusive travel agent for a corporate client from the Minneapolis area, handling all of his business and leisure travel for him, his family, and his company.I booked car rentals, hotels, tours, flights, transfers, tickets to theme parks, plays, operas, etc. I also booked lots of cruises, and designed many trips according to clients desires.
