    Assisted another coordinator in setting up times for medical residents to visit with families of children with disabilities in home visits, parent interviews, and grand rounds. As a coordinator I had an opportunity to meet with many of these residents, and educate them about my son and our lives.

    At the workshop I worked with individuals with various types of disabilities. I taught individuals job skills, social skills and assisted with creating new projects for the program. In the day program I worked with individuals with chronic mental health issues. I taught various classes on social skills, and daily living skills. Coordinated day trips, and managed an case load of 30 clients.
