Integrated 3 distinct organizations into one, to establish JBSA, providing installation level support to Lackland Air Force Base, Randolph Air Force Base, and Fort Sam Houston.

Served as trusted agent to three Flag Officer Wing Commanders and two HQ AF Direct Reporting Unit Commanders on complex issues involving senior corporate and local business leaders. Co-chaired the $400M USAF Force Protection Commodity Council. Developed, trained and deployed Contingency Contracting Officers.
