      My project was focused on the forced oscillation technique (FOT). A novel method of evaluating respiratory function by measuring respiratory resistance across multiple oscillation frequencies with minimal patient effort. I first tested the FOT device by performing a short and long term reproducibility test on healthy subjects. This was done in preparation for my 4th Year thesis project the following school year. For my project, I performed FOT using a tremoFlo device on patients with COPD and bronchiectasis and compared it to other methods of evaluating respiratory function. My research was presented at the London Health Research Day 2014 as a poster presentation and at the American Thoracic Society 2014 International Conference as an oral presentation.
