This £3.5million multi outlet operation includes multiple events galleries as well as five casual dining spaces including Cafes, Shake Bar, Restaurant and occasional pop ups.My responsibilities included successful delivery of a contract, working closely with our client and partners to ensure high standards of service Some of my duties include:• Overseeing all catering departments on daily basis • Preparation of budgets and sales forecasts • Completion and monitoring of P&L on weekly basis • Presenting Financial performance and KPI’s at Quarterly Business Review to the client• Reviewing, Implementing and adhering to HSE policies • Training and development of the team• Attending relevant inter departmental as well as external clients meetings • Overseeing refurbishment of units and mobilisation of ad hock pop ups
