Reviewed the requirements for long term technical information storage and for running day to day operations for the Malay/Thai joint operating area and produced a report outlining the options and preferred way forward.• RWE Dea Norge – Carried out an IS benchmarking study for RWE in Oslo, Norway. The project reviewed IS services and organisation and drew comparison with peer companies in the industry. The company successfully implemented recommendations for the new organisational structure.• Santos – Technical applications portfolio review. Carried out a study of the technical applications portfolio, developed a roadmap to achieve a rationalisation and modernisation of the portfolio and developed tender documents (RFP) in order for Santos to go to market.• Petronas Carigali – provided expert advice during a 5 week “action lab” to develop a step change in information management for Petronas' international E&P business• Chevron - provided expert business analysis as part of the Reservoir Management Upstream Competency group to support the roll out of SharePoint as a solution for unstructured information management.
