    I joined Willis Corroon McNicol, as an Associate Director. Willis Corroon McNicol was a new start up company within the Willis Corroon Group of Companies . The Company was incorporated within Willis Corroon at the beginning of 1994. During my tenure, I held the roles of Auckland Manager, Commercial Manager and General Manager of the Wholesale Division. Part of my development role was establishing a designated Practice for the Pacific Islands & a London facility specifically for that Practice. In 2011 I was appointed as a Director of the company which was now known as Willis NZ Ltd. In 2016 Willis merged with Towers Watson to become Willis Towers Watson (WTW). I semi-retired in October 2018 but remained a Director until fully retiring from WTW in May 2020.
