     Led evaluation of drilling upside potential including down-space opportunities. Worked both rocky mountain (horizontal) and mid-con (conventional) assets. Ensured conformance of the corporate reserves to company philosophy, SEC guidelines, and expectations of third-party auditors. Engaged in spacing and interference studies for horizontal wells; developed type curve for use with stacked horizontal spacing patterns. Provided detailed analysis of hyperbolic b-factor exhibited by stimulated horizontal wells. Compiled reservoir support for behind-pipe opportunities to increase reserve base with third-party auditors. Established reserves attributable to 5-acre infill drilled vertical wells in the Cotton Valley. Together with the geolog1ist, proposed 5-acre pilot testing program areas. Used petrophysical analysis to rank net pay and avoid targeting wet sands in stacked pay reservoir. Estimate reserves using probabilistic and deterministic methods for exploration wells. Evaluated reserves through traditional decline curve analysis and secondary methods using rate transient analysis and analytical models in low permeability reservoirs. Created type curves for undeveloped locations. Worked closely with geologists to build drilling inventory. Quarterly updates to company SEC reserves, and the bank borrowing base.

     Responsible for all reservoir support and data analysis; managed reserves reporting and valuations for A&D efforts. Oversaw all internal economic analysis and reserve reports; prepared quarterly reserve reports and valuations that supported fair market value reporting requirements. Make recommendations based upon sound economic and technical analysis of the risks and rewards from development programs. Executed quick screening metrics for acquisitions; categorized and quantified all reserves for acquisitions. Evaluated properties and developed purchase price and follow up investments for about 25 acquisitions, each under $25 million. Closed four deals during my tenure between $5 million and $15 million.
