In addition, I was a key team collaborator in the migration to a new online learning center, the completion of the popular educational certificate program, and the association’s first entirely virtual conference. - Budget and Accounting: Worked with Executive Director to establish membership department budget; kept all membership programs and projects at or under budget throughout tenure; designed and completed monthly accounting reconciliation reports for all customer credit card transactions; managed association invoicing system; completed reports and data requests for annual audit.- Operations and Staff Management: Worked closely with the Executive Director to update the employee policy manual; onboarded and trained 10 new employees; managed staff software and other work resources; and served as first point of contact for employee IT support issues.- Volunteer Management: Overhauled and managed a committee volunteer program of over 60 volunteers and served as staff liaison to five successful committees.

Managed webcasts, serving as host on up to over a dozen per year.- Education Coordination: Recruited and coordinated speakers for conferences and served as assistant liaison to two member volunteer committees focusing on technology-related business issues.
