Remotely supported other depots with issues and also aided in.Improved KPIs for other depots Improved the route structure and route allocation structure resulting in reduced Stop costs and improved service capabilities. Brought in new suppliers and highlighted cost saving of over £28,000 over next 12 months designed and implemented a national cost model to help national operations manager highlight areas of concern and target cost saving areas as well as regional performance.I have implemented driver KPI's to highlight driver's performance and use this to monitor driver performance.This can also be used in monthly driver reviews to highlight any concerns.
