Feb 2011 - Aug 2012
As part of my career pathway, I moved from Large Braiding to Fabrication within Samson Rope. In the fabrication department, we were known as splicers. Splicers are responsible for taking the goods that were just created and turning them into fabricated units based on the customer's needs and application. During my time as a splicer, I was able to learn the skill of fabricating synthetic rope on top of job management, quality execution, and skilled fabrication.
