Each interaction lasted at most a few minutes, with the intention being a demonstration and a sale all within the same interaction.

    My role at Bright Side Oyster Company was a few days per week heading to Grand Isle LA from New Orleans and assisting with Oyster cultivation, harvesting, as well as transporting Oysters back to New Orleans to sell direct to consumers as well as to restaurants. After Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana in August 2021, the role changed to rebuilding the Oyster Farm, repairing damage to the equipment, as well as assisting the State Oyster Hatchery get new seed into the water to help offset the loss of the old seed after the Hurricane.
