Assisted with conception and implementation of Housing Authority of Baltimore City Rental Assistance Demonstration program with complex team of internal and external partners, including partner solicitation, program advocacy, and partnership and transaction management. - Responsible for City of Baltimore Inclusionary Housing Program, originated loans and creation of Inclusionary Units using Federal and State Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits and private sources- Responsible for Baltimore City’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program, overseeing closing and monitoring for $5.6 million in lending to non-profit partners and creation of more than 75 low-income housing units- Project Manager for Housing Authority of Baltimore City Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program including project selection, financial modeling, developer partner solicitation and ongoing relationships and resident communication. RAD will revitalize 4,150 units with over $330 million in capital investment across 22 Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions.- Managed initial underwriting for HOME program loans and was on loan committee for HOME and LIHTC support.- Managed City of Baltimore affordable housing Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) requests including underwriting, negotiation and presentation to PILOT Committee for project review.
