Responsible for compliance with separate Toyota Scion covenants, manage all digital and grass roots marketing for Scion, help manage aging of Scion inventory, update menus and website, train sales staff, liaison with Scion corporate and help manage parts and inventory.Co-Founded New England chapter of Scikotics, largest national Scion car club in late 2009.In 2009, founded charity auto show event, held on grounds of Tufakjian Toyota in Braintree, which has grown both in the numbers of participants and the funds raised for charity. In August, 2011, this charity event had over 200 participants from all social strata, races and ethnic croups and raised $25,000.00 for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Accessories Department Founder - Began researching concept of developing separate OEM and aftermarket customer accessorization department in 2007. Attended Webinars, focused on building new Toyota accessories sales process from Scion model. Conducted independent market research including personally funded attendance at SEMA 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Began building vendor contact base and identified available software components and market sales trends. Wrote sales presentation process and built on line sales catalogue for separate Tufankjian Toyota Accessories Department, working with sales, service and parts. Tufankjian Toyota’s Accessories Department is currently grossing $1,500,000.00 in sales annually.Grass Roots Marketing Co-Founder - Began grass roots marketing of Toyota Trucks and Scion brand in late 2006. Hosted events and developed local marketing techniques that achieved brand recognition independent of national media or conventional dealer efforts. Recognized for achievement of innovative marketing successes in Toyota magazine in February of 2009.
