I am Michael Miles, a seasoned professional based in the United States with extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership, and business development. Over the past eight years, I have been a partner at The Operand Group, where we support entrepreneurship through acquisition. I also serve as a board member at EmployBridge and have held the position of CEO there for nearly two years. My entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding Uncharted Learning, which empowers students through entrepreneurial programs. I previously co-founded SeatonCorp, a leading outsourcing and recruiting company, and have been involved with Lake Capital as an Operating Executive. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University and am passionate about fostering new business development and talent acquisition.
