After receiving the Q-01 certification, I was assigned to the “commissioning team” for The Royal Bank of Scotland’s newly constructed 1M-sq. ft. LEED Gold property in downtown Stamford, CT. Featuring 10mW of Standby Power supporting a 13.2kVa “Ring Main”, 2N+1 UPS, light harvesting, free cooling, EV charging stations and rain water reclamation. Implemented blueprint room as well as the Chiller Performance Program. Trained to operate, repair and maintain the Lutron lighting Quantum Ecosystem network. Worked closely with vendors to modify 3x 1100Ton York centrifugal chillers to cope with environmental variable. October of 2010 received a promotion to Chief Engineer for two, Class A, commercial properties. Oversaw day to day operations during a management transition. Tasked to respond 24/7 for base building and tenant leased equipment. Part of team managing new roof install project at 33 Benedict as well as chilled water coils at 411 Theodore. Supported tenant during new 40,000 sq. ft. critical infrastructure buildout at 33 Benedict.
