Brown & Associates, where formerly, Mr. Ishee was Executive Vice President & General Manager of the firm and oversaw Its growth from 28 professionals to 132 in under 3 years. The firm was eventually sold to the senior staff.

Oversaw projects and audit programs in the USA, UK, Canada, Norway, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, China, Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia. Active in developing and certifying some of ABB's first sites to ISO 14001 in 1996. Registered as ISO 14001 Lead Assessor / Auditor. Developed the regional Environmental, Health & Safety program. Participated in numerous acquisitions globally and oversaw the repositioning and/or closure of impaired real estate assets as companies were acquired and integrated within ABB.

    Worked as team member for Base Civil & Environmental Planning for the B-1B Bomber "bed down" development in West Texas. Stationed at NATO Air Base Hahn for 3 years and carried out duties as base explosives ordinance planner, solid waste and hazardous waste coordinator, and later construction and project manager. Honorably discharged from Active Duty.
