Responsible for multiple properties that include Ponte Vedra Inn & Club (AAA 5 Diamond Resort for last 15 years), The Lodge & Club, Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club and The River Club. Scope included 860 non-exempt and 74 exempt employees.• Maintained sharp business acumen and experience in managing broad scope of HR operations, from coordinating employee development programs and administering benefit programs to implementing information/data systems and actively provided consultative services to Management regarding federal, state and policy compliance.• Partner with key executives from all four clubs to drive employee engagement, morale, and performance in an environment experiencing both significant external and internal organizational change. We established and implemented short and long-term property human capital plans, which included maintaining or improving employee relations, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

Reason for leaving: Was recruited to be the Director of Human Resources for Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. (AAA Five Diamond Resort)KinderCare Learning Centers/ Portland, Oregon/ Atlanta Regional Office 1997-2002Directed the Human Resources activities for the Regional Office (Atlanta, Georgia) specifically in the areas of Employee Relations, Employee Discipline/ Communications, Investigations, and the Development and Growth of Area Managers and Center Directors. Scope consisted of 5,800 non-exempt employees, 80 Exempt Center Directors and 15 exempt Area Managers.Reason for leaving: Human Resources and Controller from all regional offices were assigned to the corporate office. Centralized Operations. Marriott Corporation/ Bethesda, Maryland/ Five Properties 1989-1997Started my Hospitality career with Marriott Corporation and was promoted to the following Hotels: From the Atlanta Marriott Marquis to Marriott Suites Perimeter Center to Marriott Suites Midtown. I was then promoted to Dallas Park Central (Dallas Texas) and the General Manager promoted me to another growth opportunity at the Dayton Marriott Hotel in Dayton Ohio. Served as Director of Human in all locations.Reason for leaving: Was recruited to KinderCare Learning Centers and accepted a Regional Human Resources Director position. Growth opportunity.
