    Responsible for processing all systems requests from the Lesley University user community, including Datatel delivered standard reports and ad-hoc reports requiring use of Uniquery language and Entrinsik Informer.Responsible for daily integrity checks involving various Colleague files, including monitoring error reports and following up as appropriate with the Enterprise Applications Department.Functions as a liason between the Office of the University Registrar and the Enterprise Applications Department to request automating functions/procedures and to map data elements for use in Entrinsik Informer.Serves as a resource to the Director of Student Administrative Services and the Enterprise Applications staff in the development and content of varied SQL reports.As a Web Super User, responsible for maintaining and updating the Office of the University Registrar's web pages using the Ektron Content Management System.Responsible for the coordination, creation and thorough inspection of spreadsheets for the printing of graduation and replacement diplomas from our vendor - Paradigm.Creates new courses as submitted by the various Curriculum Committees.Responsible for the development, maintenance and documentation of new procedures for the updating of the Registrar's Procedures Manual.Serves as the resource to Registrar staff on systems issues, including desktop technology questions and printer maintenance.Coordinates, compares and shares reporting processes and data elements with the Director of Institutional Research.Responsible for coding applicants and new students for the Lesley University Career Resource Center's Career Connection Service. Responsible for updating, maintaining and posting of Lesley's Program of Study Codes.Implements changes in the Colleague database when requested.Makes recommendations on changes to streamline processes.
