Sourced and established the Scholastics Reading Counts quiz/grading system to ensure that students were at their correct reading level with follow up quiz assessments to gauge their progress. Used drama as an effective means to develop the students’ English Speaking skills. I directed the school’s first Delia Group inter-school English drama competition for which we won first prize and was nominated for a best actor award. Held an inter-class debate competition in which four Forms competed against each other on a specific topic of debate. This proved highly motivating in developing the students’ speaking skills. Designed and published the school’s very first corporate brochure. Implemented a structured Yearbook ladder to co-ordinate over seventy members of staff and over 1’000 students to make the project more efficient; from gathering photos and editorial for the over 192 page publication that included clubs, events, and homerooms.
