    I lead a small team responsible for taxation across the world wide group. The role focuses on international tax issues (primarily transfer pricing related) and world wide tax risk management. However, I also look to add value either to P & L or cash flow. In ten years I have added over $10m value to the organisation. In addition, I have recommended operational changes (due to my commercial experience) and currently I am involved in promoting Robotic Process Automation to the wider business. This is a very interesting and challenging role.

Later, following the merger with NZ Forest Products I became a member of a larger team.
