I am known for my attentive and problem-solving work with people who (1) have chronic pain (neuropathy, fibromyalgia, etc.), (2) have physical challenges (hip, knee, back, or neck problems), (3) are performers (actors and athletes), and (4) who seek self-care instruction in meditation, stress management, and post-surgery/post-injury rehabilitation. In addition to this medical massage and self-care focus, I have developed a unique deep-relaxation technique I call "Stillness Therapy". My Alabama Massage Therapy License number is 655.
