I refined the Visalia Hub sortation process, established a cut-time system, and changed the cross-dock process to ensure on-time truck departures, all leading to increased productivity. I developed safety and mentorship programs, eliminated staffing companies, and negotiated cost-effective contracts with third-party contractors. Moreover, I optimized Line Haul operations, established a recognition program, and designed inventory tracking systems. I also revamped cross-dock operations and analyzed suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Lastly, I orchestrated new onboarding and hiring processes, continuously improving KPI performance.
