I was given freedom to implement strategy and seek out potential acquisitions.We grew organically and by the acquisition of 5 companies from revenues of £6.5m to over £200m in 8 years, to become the largest IT Recruitment company in the UK. We employed 450 staff in 12 offices throughout the UK and were voted “Best Recruitment Service Company” by a trade magazine.
