Moved westwards and have a city and harbour view for the moment. Still working on designing modular housing for a variety of end users including low income, Temporary workers village and other office accommodation. It's really a follow on from our work in China. In China we were engaged to design and supervise the manufacture of mobile hotel accommodation. An interesting approach to gaining more resort rooms, without the delays of 'red tape'! We have been working with "House Space".. We have produced a series of quality "modular-cafes" for Chinese and Gulf clients. They have been built to meet current AUS/NZ standards. Some of the modules use fold-out technology. In addition to the manufacturing aspect, we are designing and master planning a resort just north of Beijing. An interesting project involving large scale recreation, señor housing, hillside modules, mobile accommodation, up-market accommodation, cabins and a series of hot pools in addition to big lakes and landscaped grounds.Last year we were appointed modular advisor to CCPIT, a wing of government which develops housing. Involved in planning a modular housing expo for Beijing..Over the last few years we have been developing "Fold Up" affordable housing for a NZ Christchurch Company ..Tranzasia Corporation. We are in the last stages of building a new show home at Rolleston, near Christchurch.

We designed and constructed a number of residential dwellings around the Porthills area of Christchurch including locations at Purau, Diamond Harbour, Lyttelton, Taitapu and Christchurch. We worked on some very interesting subdivisions, attempting to get something more ecologically interesting than what was being built at the time. Rocklands in Taitapu, Glenwood in Prebbleton and TiKouka Lane up on Moncks Spur became lasting and successful prototypes. The Akaroa Waterfront Upgrade was an interesting exercise in meeting both the needs of tourists and residents as well as the budget of the Local Authiority. Eventually my interests in manufactured buildings led me to China.
