Developed/implemented an accounting procedure (Crosswalk) at two pilot missions (Cairo and Nairobi) that markedly improved capture of accounting data for “non-serviced” agency customers of DoS. This accounting procedure was implemented worldwide after efficacy proven at these pilot missions.
