    As part of my consultancy I was asked to assist the Marlow Group in overseeing the Million Dollar refurbishment of the hotel. In this time I was able to construct a plan for Staffing, Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment & Promotions to ensure the success of the hotel and the owner's investment. One of these events was a concert involving some of Australia's top artists that attracted over 1000 people to the hotel with sales figures that were a record for the hotel.
