Act as Liaison with the Visalia Cemetery in the planning and carrying out all activities involved in putting on the Annual Visalia Memorial Day Cermonies. Graveside Flags are now placed on the graves of nearly 3000 Veterans now interred in the Visalia \Cemetery and who served their country in war and peace going back as far as the Civil War up to the present. Burial Flags, now numbering over 2000, are flown on The Avenue of the Flags at the Visalia Cemetery and a Memorial Day Program featuring speakers and music, attended in 2013 by more than 1000 people, is also presented.
