Successfully led a project that installed ACARS on a fleet of 70 regional jets. Led the implementation of AQP, and participated in the development of the ASAP and FOQA programs. Developed a variety of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel applications to improve communications and improve training productivity. Managed the electronic database of pilot records. Participated in two FAA Aviation Rulemaking Committees (ARCs).Flew as captain on CRJ-200 regional jet aircraft in airline operations.
