    Managed the scheduling and facilitation of over 200 mentors’ meetings over the 3-month Accelerator program. Designed a high-touch workflow for the companies to engage virtually with mentors and other industry leaders. Leveraged my design expertise to over-haul many Accelerator and company-specific pieces of collateral. Invested time in the facilitation of relationship building between companies and (virtual) visitors of the Accelerator. Provided ad-hoc project management support to the Accelerator companies upon request. Managed the in-person logistics of the Cedars-Sinai Innovation Space, including the implementation of a visitor management system and a COVID-19 safe visitor policy.
