    Territory Generation is the largest electricity producer in the Northern Territory of Australia, owning 592 MW of installed capacity and providing electricity for approximately 300,000 and has over 250 employees. Relocated back to Melbourne to complete Master's degree. Responsible for managing all project work orders, purchase requisitions and invoices and contracts on site. Reduced turnaround time for purchase orders from 2 business days down to within 4 hours and found cost savings across the business. Generation and approval of invoices of up to AU$1M in value (~£500,000), managing the completion of contract renewals, business negotiations and PO requests.Developed a report for the CFO outlining key companies that could become contracts as contract spending was between $50K to $200K per annum that weren’t previously in existence. CFO promptly arranged Procurement team to get contracts with some of these companies from the report that were previously not in existence. Increased our percentage of invoices paid from 50% paid on time to over 70%, successfully gaining a promotion internally.Owned and manage the work schedule and administrative support duties for the COO and Group General Manager of Special Projects. Working closely with our IT, Facilities, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting.Updated 10 years of Win Can viewer onto an Excel spreadsheet for the successful uploading into the internal Dekho system on time and ahead of the Project Manager’s schedule.
