    February 2016 – Present (4 months) Las Vistas Shopping VillagePOS Caribbean is a Point of Sale office, I have to work with computer systems, tv monitors, pixel point and be able to assist clients with technical problems. As a Sales Assistant I'm in charge of calling clients, making them invoices, delivery notes, commercial invoices and charging clients. I have to keep track of every sell so I can properly assist the sales person. In other words I have to know everything about everyone. As a Front Desk, I have to take calls, take messages, and respond to emails. I have to file every transaction and maintain a digital one. I am responsible for the inventory and distribution of money for gas to the technical guys and for other office inquiry that has to be made. Every month i have to do a summary of credit cards spending’s.Also I am the one in charge of making the proper arraignments with post offices to export equipment over seas to where is has to be delivered. (US, Virgin Islands, Mexico ext) Verify and keep records regarding incoming and outgoing shipments of store products. Transfer and organize merchandises to its proper location.
