As Social Development Director, achieved historically low staff turnover and vacancy rate, and steady state, high student retention, and significantly impacted both student and staff satisfaction as measured by retention, surveys and performance.

Conceived and led by Shelley Terrell, the Reform Symposium is a remarkable online conference that connects education professionals worldwide. All organizers, presenters and participants are volunteers!Over 4,000 educators from more than 30 countries attended our 2 day Winter 2011 Conference and the original Reform Symposium that was held in the summer of 2010. More than 8,000 are expected to attend RSCON3 this summer. Presenters discuss best practices in education, integrating technology, the impact of social media and much more. We look forward to 12 Keynote speakers, over 60 thirty-minute presentations, three-panel discussions and a one-hour technology “SmackDown", an exciting session where participants show off their favorite technology tool in rapid-fire 2-minute sessions.”
