I provide clients with 3-4 referrals of therapists who are able to meet their needs and coach clients through the beginning stages of therapy. I believe that all individuals can benefit from mental health counseling, whether they are in crisis or simply ready to explore a deeper sense of themselves. My goal is to break down stigma around mental health by supporting people accessing the help they need to improve their lives.
