I helped develop and continue to own the brand's tone of voice for a major rebrand in September 2023. I also write and own all email marketing content including marketing our industry whitepapers (which I facilitate, copywrite and edit); new podcast episodes for the SocialMinds podcast; new industry updates and insight articles (which I write); and outreach/comms for our industry leading SocialMinds LIVE events (which I help plan and develop along with senior leaders the rest of the marketing team). I also own The Linkup, an original multimedia content series aimed at shining a light on the work and opinions of SocialChain's brightest talent across the agency.And I'm responsible for surfacing the agency's best work in order to write and submit awards entries or put forward for PR opportunities.

    I was employed as a Production Account Executive for Equator Design Agency, an established retail packaging agency headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. Equator has offices in Nottingham, Dublin, Chicago, Cincinnati and Sydney, and collaborates with some of the most well-known food and retail brands around the world on its design projects, such as ALDI US, UK and Ireland, Co-Op, and Dairy Queen. My role as a Production Account Executive involves supporting the entire ALDI Ireland Account Management Team in order to deliver own brand launches from design to file to print. My responsibilities include: communicating with stakeholders daily in order to ensure that all stakeholders such as suppliers etc across hundreds of ALDI lines are kept informed on the progress of each design project, including management of any issues in the design and artwork process; running daily reports for the Account Management team to help track status of each SKU and to assist in management of team daily workload; managing the post for the ALDI Ireland Account Management team including keeping a tracker; and chasing assets for each design product and ensuring that all assets are uploaded, filed and accounted for on the company system in order to guarantee a smooth process from start to finish and deliver results for the client.

The recent Covid-19 pandemic necessitated more dynamic and adaptive ways of working for me, ensuring that all of our customers were kept up to speed with the latest government advice and company policy changes.
