In the process i have been promoted to Team leader of a team of 8 people and later to line manager. This was a group of finance graduates who provided a sound solution to clients who are in financial difficulty. My role is to manage people the output and to develope the team leaders into management positions. I developed new sales consultants and was actively involved in their training process. I formed part of the recruitment team at IDM and was involved in disciplinary issues for my team. Reporting on data forms part of my daily tasks and analysing the performance of the consultants as well as team leaders.
