During my four years with the Firm I have provided professional consultancy and operational support to clients, and served our key client the BANKSETA exclusively for a period of three years as described below: Sonke Skills Solutions (Pty) Ltd provided the BANKSETA with project management services on the Discretionary Grant PIVOTAL Funding Windows for a three (3) year period from June 2018 to July 2021.The total approved value of the Funding Windows was R 426 645 210.00 million and funded 18 575 learners over the 3-year term.Sonke Skills Solutions (Pty) Ltd provided a fully functional Project Management Office, dedicated project team and infrastructure to provide all required project management services related to these Funding Windows, including:• Record all applications and review minimum qualifying criteria• Facilitate the evaluation process and record the decisions made by the Evaluation Committee and communicate evaluation outcomes to applicants.• Assist the approved applicants and BANKSETA with the signing of the MOAs• Ensure the accuracy and submission of supporting documents including invoices related to tranche payments, by stakeholders• Ongoing BANKSETA stakeholder liaison and guidance• Quality assures all performance information to ensure compliance in terms of DHET requirements.• Populate, quality assure and provide Quarterly DHET Report• Remained cognisant of APP targets and track actual progress to reach, or exceed targets• Annual Monitoring & Evaluation audits• Identify, review, and mitigate project risks• Provide secretariat to the Steering Committee

Deloitte Consulting provided Grant Funding Window Project Management and support in terms of the application, evaluation, M&E and disbursement processes over a period of 18 months. BANKSETA Letsema and Kuyasa Learnerships Project Manager : September 2010 to March 2011Assistant Project Manager: June 2005 – August 2010The Letsema and Kuyasa initiative benefited 18 bank groups nationally and enabled thousands unemployed individuals to enter the formal labor market through learnerships. The project value was R450 000 000 over a period of nine years (2003 to 2011) and required ongoing liaison with host employers, the BANKSETA, and training providers.
