    I led a successful national team of Claimant personal injury solicitors specialising in Employers Liability, Public Liability and Product Liability Claims. My teams based were based in Manchester and Kingston Upon Thames offices. We provided national coverage offering home visits to deliver a personal service to our clients.I handled my own case-load of complex injury claims and I have particular expertise in Chronic Pain Cases particularly Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I regularly act for client who have had difficulty in getting early access to a diagnosis of their condition and who have struggled to be believed by some medical professionals and even family members. It is wonderful to see the sense of their relief when they have been correctly diagnosed by a medical expert and are able to access a programme of treatment tailored to their needs. I like to work collaboratively with Defendants to access the correct treatment my clients deserve. I also acted for victims of carbon monoxide poisoning and I am passionate about raising awareness about the dangers of carbon monoxide and preventing exposure to carbon monoxide. I have particular expertise in acting for victims who have been exposed to chronic long term exposure causing cardiac, neurological and psychiatric symptoms.
