DEWALT® ($4.4B; +23% VPY) – Managing 2 direct reports, I led branding strategy and execution plan for Concrete, Metal, and MEP Portfolios ($382M in 2019, +13% vs 2018).Highlight: Keeping budget flat to 2018, we redefined how to leverage World of Concrete trade show, making 2019 event SBD’s most impactful trade show to date. I briefed studio, digital, and PR teams on messaging & customer experience goals. Result: organically reached 1M non-DEWALT followers on IG, 17.5M social & PR impressions, unveiled 7 new products, 5,000 booth visitors (2x VPY), 52 customer tours, training videos created.
