Perform administrative and analytical duties in support of the Army Family Readiness Support Assistant (FRSA) program. Walker Awards, and installation awards.

Scheduled and coordinated briefings, orientations and workshops on Soldier and Family readiness issues. Maintained regular telephonic/electronic contact with FRG leaders, Rear Detachment Commanders (RDC) and Army Community Service (ACS)/Family Programs staff for up to date information on Family Readiness activities and issues for all of Germany, Belgium, and Italy. Worked with spouses and wounded warriors to ensure a smooth transition into civilian life or into another MOS within the Army. Provided information for spouses who need to reach out for assistance with coping with stresses of a wounded warrior. The only FRSA for 12 locations in Germany, Belgium, and Italy was able to go TDY to each location to meet all soldiers, spouses, and cadre of the Battalion. Made all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for a functioning Family Readiness Group.
